Excellent service.
"My issue was about sending some dresses back as they did not fit and one had part of it detached. I showed pictures of the issue and I was given brilliant customer service throughout.
In the end I was able to keep the dresses with a refund and 10% off coupon for next time. The person who dealt with my issue was lovely and went above and beyond to help.
Now my issue has been closed I am happy with everything and I do not have any further issues. Dresslily has been a great help, I did not expect to keep the dresses in the end.
I've bought a few dresses from Dresslily and i've had no previous issues before and im happy to continue shopping on Dresslily."

"Before the codes were almost instant and now i have to wait up-to a minute to get them, which isn't too bad but, when we had almost instant purchase, to now waiting it's not moving forward, its kinda moving backwards.
Still overall happy with the service will continue to buy from offgamers!"
