Defective item-no refund or communication
"I ordered twice at Reptile Supply Company. On the first order I had to call after two weeks to ask why they hadn’t shipped my items . They said it was because one item was backordered( even though they showed they had it on their website). I asked if they could ship the 4 other items then. They said they would have to charge me extra for shipping. I told them to just cancel the extra items and I would get elsewhere. When the final item, an exoterra door, arrived a month later it was defective as it was slightly to large on one side and pushed on the outer glass significantly in order to shut. I reported the defect and asked what could be done. Silence for a week now...my second order came fine, but it took a few weeks to shop as well...super slow!"
