You almost never get to see your money credit when you use them for Rebates!!!! Be aware
"It's a great when it works automatically, but when it doesn't you are not going to get your money. Everything is done via E-Mails and they don't follow up on anything. I used them for many years and when they were Ebates it worked so much better. I made probably over 20 purchases during the holiday season and only 3 of them were credited automatically. I been trying to follow up with the customer service number of times and you always get the same non sense about them reaching out to store.
Be aware with the Rakuten rebates!!! There are number of other sites who do the same much batter."
