"This company gets my seal of approval for Customer Service. I bought a deeply discounted version of Office 2010 and wasn't able to download it. Being rather inept at all things computer, things weren't going well and I was less than calm when I contacted the company.
My frustration was completely cured within just a few minutes as Office was downloaded and appeared neatly on my computer. Full (well, extra service) and a discount price--I live very close to the MS campus and couldn't pull that off!"
