Horrible!
"I ordered a claddagh ring for my boyfriend. I messed up and ordered the wrong size a 9 instead of a 10. I went through hoops to return it to them and waiting for responses. They don't return emails. They received it and emailed me that its now been too long for an exchange and they're mailing it back to me. It's been nearly two years. Ignored all emails from me and never returned the ring. Do yourself a favor and go thru Biddy Murphys. I just bought three rings from them. If Glencara responded and actually gave me back my ring, I'd be willing to change my review. Crooks!"
