Refusing to replace battery still under warranty
"I purchased a battery for a 4yr old HP laptop and the battery went dead before the warranty was up and they are refusing to replace the battery because they say the battery is discontinued by the manufacturer."

"I just placed my very first order with NitroPlanes.com. They emailed me 24 hours later and said my billing address is not what my bank has on file (which is false) and wanted me to give them my personal account info and phone number to my bank. I have used this credit card with several vendors for the past 5 years so I'm not sure what they were trying to pull. Maybe it was a good thing they did not want my business. This company and its customer service is an absolute joke!"

"I placed an ordered with Banggood.com on January 8th 2013 for $30 worth of heli parts using PayPal. They debited the money immediately but did not ship my order until the 14th! It has now been 2-1/2 weeks and I still do NOT have my parts. This is my first, and LAST, order with Banggood.com!"

"I ordered one single DVD that was in stock on walmart.com and chose to have it shipped to my nearest store. I got a confirmation 2 days later and it said the DVD will arrive in 11 days at the store... Seriously, it takes 11 days to ship a single DVD to a Walmart store!?"
