"I shop at Drugstore.com every few months. Their prescription prices are cheaper than local pharmacies, but my purchases are non-prescription items and I have been very please with their selections and customer service. They really try to take care of the customer. Their standard shipping can be slow, depending where you live. All orders ship from I believe NJ, so ground will arrive next business day if you are in that region, but can take a week to arrive in CA."

"They sell fake items that may or may not work, will claim to give you a refund but wont. They know the items are fake and will tell you so if asked. The best recourse is the credit card company--not PayPal. If they ask you to ship it back and they will cover the shipping cost DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will renegade on their written promise, and you will have no recourse on that--unless you want to fight it in some Chinese court. I originally said that (1) I would ship one less item or (2) have them email me a prepaid shipping label, but they said again and again that the shipping cost will be refunded. I had no use for their junk so sent it all back. Your maximum recourse is the amount originally charged on the card."

"Very poor customer service and they overcharged me (credit card payment was higher than invoice). It takes multiple emails and phone calls to resolve issues, and YMMV on whether you issue gets resolved.
Wolf Camera and Ritz Camera are owned by Ritz Interactive (ritzinteractive.com). I will give a similar review for both because although they were 3 separate orders (2 from Ritz and 1 from Wolf), experience was the same."

"If you shop at the store, be careful. There is a high employee turnover, so I wouldn't trust anything they say unless it is in writing. They are in the same category as car salesmen. Having said that, I have had no problem shopping online. If you have an order shipped to stop, expect 10 minutes wait time (verifications). If mega Wal-Mart and Sears can do it with a quick scan, why does it take such a long time to pick up an online order??"

"Occasionally, I would be billed slightly above what it says on receipt, in many cases because the tax estimate is off. And it doesn't help when I use a virtual credit card (VCC). The credit card company may trust Staples enough to allow them to charge above the limit stated in VCC. Other than that, great items, fast shipping, and no complaints."

"Order was shipped the same day and, because Office Depot has many distribution centers, order arrived the next day. Unless I order a super deal, where the company gets 10s of thousands of orders in one day, I expect the same good service again."

"Seems like a new store, started this month (November 2009). (yutoyshop.com was registered in May.) They seem legit... all the "verified" logos on Website don't necessarily mean much, because there is not much verifying of a business or service. (As long as store pays a fee, they can pretty much have any "verified" logo.) My order was canceled because the shipping and billing address needs to be the same, and since address was recipient's, it didn't match what was on (billing) record with credit card. They seem legit but considering my order wasn't actually shipped, and I didn't fully experience their service (they didn't respond to my 2 of 2 emails, so rating there is 5/10), I would like to see more reviews before trying them again.
Edit: They have modified their billing system today (Nov 22) and items can be shipped to a different address."

"Really messed up ordering process. I had a couple of orders. This order, for sale item, was canceled for lack of inventory. The second one, half was canceled for lack of inventory (same items as in this order), and I wouldn't have ordered the rest if not for the items canceled. So I paid retail + shipping for something I don't want.
Edit: they are sending me a $10 gift card (instead of refunding the $9 shipping fee). Reasonable compromise so I will adjust my customer service ratings higher."

"I purchased a number of items from them. Many of their clothes look cheap, so I wouldn't buy these online; however, I have purchased name-brand household items, and after coupons found online (for % off and free shipping), they were reasonably price and convenient (shipped). They started getting tougher with coupons, so I may not be buying from them as often in the future.
Processing usually takes 2 days. Standard shipping can take more than a week if shipped to the west coast, but usually 2-3 days if shipped to the east coast."

"Great site, owned by Amazon. Shipping was fast. Too fast. I tried to change the shipping address an hour later (in the evening) but it was already packed and ready to ship. They said, at no cost, I can refuse shipment and order again to the new address. Good selection and service."

"In Hong Kong time: Ordered Wed, Oct 29th, early afternoon and received an email Tue, 11/3 (5 days later) that is was shipped. HK mail shows the pkg being dropped off 11/4, and staying in HK until the 11th.
In US time: it arrived in the US on the 13th and at its final destination on the 16th.
Moral of the story: unless you can wait 3.5 weeks for your order to arrive, order from someone else. The items were great, but the order processing and shipping time leaves something to be desired."

I purchased from the retail site, after finding Battery House via Google Shopping. I took a chance (as the site has no ratings) and was very pleased. My items were shipped an hour later, arrived via Fedex within a reasonable time (beats buying from Asia), and packed nicely and in perfect condition."
