"I've been shopping with Hive for years, and while they make it clear that non-stock items cannot be returned, I've yet to find on their website a solid definition of what is a non-stock item, OR any such labeling on any product listing. Buyers like me are then subject to a very rude awakening when a very expensive piece of furniture cannot be returned. It makes me question their integrity as a whole, because surely the average buyer would have been far more careful with their purchases, maybe not even purchase from Hive at all, if they knew this was the risk involved. It's the online era in case they weren't aware, and we're in the middle of a pandemic. If we are to buy immensely expensive products sight unseen, maybe give us the chance to return it if we're not satisfied. This is my fifth purchase from Hive, but make no mistake. It will be my last."
