"I've placed about 3 orders from them this year (aquarium stuff), I found the prices couldn't be beat and they typically have a sale on top of the lowest prices! My first order arrived 9-10 days later, and looked like the shipping company dropped the package causing one of the chemicals I ordered to open and ruin some items. They included a hassle free return label, which I filled out and sent back the damaged goods free of charge. A week later a replacement package was waiting for me at home, that was easy. The next time I ordered, again it came in 2 shipments the first package arrived 8 days later and the 2nd about 12 days. The 3rd time I ordered, the package was delivered according to the USPS 10 days after ordering but there was nothing at my house. I called DF&S to verify they shipped it to the right address, from the tracking I could only see it was delivered to my city and left at the mailbox but couldn't see to what address. I didn't expect them to send a replacement it did say it was delivered but they did. I can't complain about anything. The first package was ruined by the shipping company, which they replaced on their own dime. The 3rd package the shipping company apparently delivered to the wrong house, which they replaced on their own dime. Be aware they're a fantastic company in my experience, but don't expect your package within the week. Service & price A+++"
"I'm a semi-pro photographer, and lost my main flash (commander) on a hike. Unique had a used one for sale, good price. I called them up to verify it had the color correcting gels. Paul got the used item, told me what it came with, took my order, my paypal account deducted, and said it would ship that day! Over a week goes by, no flash, no email it shipped, no call. I call them up, and they look into it and tell me someone else must've bought it. How? Paul was holding it in his hands when I placed the order and I was charged. What upsets me is they didn't cancel the order, nor notify me by phone or email, nothing and I've got paying customers that's been waiting for this flash it's my main. Now I'm out money as I must pay for fast shipping and pay more for a flash. I give 2 stars because they did answer the phone and were responsive, but I can't excuse the fact Paul was holding the thing in his hand when I ordered it and somehow it was lost, that I was never informed and in the meantime I have people and work waiting on it. Now have to buy a more expensive flash and pay for fast shipping to boot. Then who likes to deal with the stress of refunds, they told me it wasn't charged on my credit card, I told them it was paid with paypal, they said give it a day and it will go back onto my credit card... it was paypal not credit card, they said give it a day so I'm waiting... haven't seen my paypal account credited yet but I did feel confident it will be refunded."
"Pricing was excellent, I bought 4 studded snow tires, rims, and sensors so I could change out the tires myself. They called to tell me the tire and rims I picked were not in the same warehouse pick the tire or rim the other has to change. Once I did I got the notification that day they shipped and had them at my door 3 business days later. 1 tire was marked tools included (it had nuts, socket), 2 tires had stickers marked drivers side, 2 passenger side (I was not aware the tires I ordered come in lefts and rights so that avoided an issue/performance problem), everything went smooth. I saw online at a forum I needed to call to get the tags from the sensors so I did and they gave them to me, when I got my tires there was paperwork inside with the IDs so I did not need to call after all. Entering the new IDs into my car everything switched over nicely. Excellent to deal with, responsive, great company."
"Like so many others, they misadvertise new products. I can not believe (having so many other complaints about it) that they sell anything new. For a used price, it was pretty good I feel. So, if you're buying from them because they have the cheapest "New" price just make sure you rethink that. Maybe their definition of "new" is similar to people's definition of a used car. You know like I got a new car, a '99 Civic. People understand the term new in that context means new to you but the car is anything but. I think that's how they label products as "new". I expected the same original packaging with the drive as when I bought it new previously... What arrived was just the bare tape drive in a plastic bag, with no name padding in a no-name box. When I bought it new previously it came in its own box stating what it was, specifications, what was included. To ServerSupply if the drive I bought is new where's the same box stating what it is and the specs? Where's the CD it's supposed to come with? Terminator? Cable? Warranty Card, and adertisement? If you refurbished it, just say refurbished don't pass it off as new."

We did not sell the item as brand new. 24GB DDS3 tape drive was discontinued almost a decade ago and we are selling the item as ref. system pulled. You never contacted Server Supply to return the item or responded our phone calls. If you are dissafited with the product, please feel free to call the RMA Dept at Server Supply, we will take the tape drive back. Thank you.
"If you're going to order Allens product DO NOT order it from allensnaturally.com!!! Their website is insecure, hacked, or they have a thief working in their billing department. We have a grocery only debit card, no problem but we wanted a safe detergent for our new baby and purchased the laundry detergent from allensnaturally.com in February. Low and behold the very next day we have no more funds, someone had a lot of fun filling up their World of Warcraft account our debit card info was stolen. We cancel the card and file the claim... we're 99% positive it was from the AllensNaturally website it was our only online order using it. Fast forward 8 months, we need it again and accidentally order it from allensnaturally website and once again the very next day we have new charges on our debit card to a UK power company NPower. Two times in a row immediately following a purchase from allensnaturally.com website, the orders placed 8 months apart that the very next day amazingly our grocery debit card info was stolen. Come on, if you're going to steal peoples credit cards why don't you avoid doing it to the same person twice in a row and both times immediately after their order (was less than 24 hours each time). We have purchased allens products from other vendors besides allensnaturally.com and I HIGHLY recommend if you want their product, DO NOT buy it direct off allensnaturally.com you will have the info stolen."
