Charged tax 3 times?!?
"During checkout, I was quoted $5.42 for taxes. That's fine, I don't mind paying my taxes... but when my card was charged, it was for $5 MORE than the checkout screen said. Looking at my invoice, I was charged a tax, then a state tax, then a county tax?!? Why wasn't this disclosed on the original order screen? And nobody answers the phone there... shady.
EDIT: They returned my call after a few hours and informed me that the IT department was aware of the website issues. The "three taxes" were actually the 1 tax broken down. It threw me off because the math didn't add up (rounding error). All's good now."
