"I ordered a lead holder and a sharpener on 19 Sept. The price was quite good for the quality of the product. My satisfaction with this retailer is very high, even though there's one area (only) where I was less pleased. I placed my order on the 19th and it was shipped on the 30th, and I was not notified of a possible delay. This is minor though. I got an excellent product at a very affordalbe price. I would therefore highly recommend DraftingSteals.com."

"I am extremely pleased with my whole experience with Monoprice.com. I got high quality cables at an excellent price. The order arrived by USPS air parcel in 5 days. Furthermore, I had a technical question which I asked using their on-line 'chat room'. Within less than 10 minutes, which includes the time to write my lengthy question, I got a precise answer. Mr. Howard Hong, the Tech Support Supervisor, later followed up to make sure I had no further questions or issues. I am thoroughly satisfied with Monoprice.com and will buy from them again.
