"I bought an audiobook for $12. I could've bought the CD from Amazon for the same, but decided on instant gratification so I could listen to it on the way to work the next day. After my purchase, I'm told I have to have the Audible app to download my purchase. Ok, fine. I then download a file that I have to use iTunes to burn to a CD. Ok. I download iTunes and burn the disc. When I playback the disc, I notice that the tracks are not divided by chapter, but into 8 minute intervals, often mid-sentence and there's a 2 second gap between the tracks, which I realize I can change, but didn't realize the tracks would be cut by time and not by chapter. As I continue to listen, I find that my disc burn somehow messed up during the burning of track 6 (funny.. I never get bad burns when using WMP). When I go to reburn the CD, this time remembering to get rid of the 2 second gap between tracks, I'm told I'm not allowed because I already burned a CD!!! I then decided to copy the audiobook to my Blackberry, which Audible allows. I'm told I have to download an Audible app for my BlackBerry to play the proprietary file format. But when I run the program, I get an error that I can't get around and am still unable to play my download! So I've spent $12 on instant gratification but have yet been able to play my audiobook! Fortunately, an email to Audible got me a refund within 24 hours, but until Audible fixes these SEVERAL problems, I will not be buying another audiobook from them."

"Best price on particular items and they arrived exactly as advertised. My only complaint is method of shipping. There is nothing "innovating" about UPS Mail Innovations. I had no idea where my package was and how long it would take to get to me. "Tracking" was merely "Delivery Confirmation" which didn't update until AFTER I received my packages."

"Two flowers had broken stems. Two were dead. Very disappointing. Vase seemed to large for arrangement due to lack of "filler" like baby's breath, etc. My wife liked the vase, she said the chocolates were good and the teddy bear cute, so it wasn't all fail."

"I ordered Sound Blaster sound cards from Buy.com. Site didn't state if the cards were PCI or PCIe. I assumed they were PCIe and assumed wrong. Better product descriptions guys!!! Now I have to return the cards and that's not exactly an easy task with Buy.com. Also ordered two Logitech mice, among other things, from them and paid for two day shipping. They didn't ship the mice until two days later. So I got everything but the mice on one day and then got the mice days later. :( UPDATE: I returned the two Sound Blaster cards and was charged a restocking fee. When asked why, they said because they were open. BS! They were never opened! Communication is HORRIBLE! There's no published phone number and you can't reply to emails. You can only send new emails through their web form. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company to deal with."

"Comp-U-Plus had the best price on two "enthusiast quality" keyboards I wanted. Shipping was reasonable too! I received the keyboards very quickly. Then, I was looking for the best price on a Garmin GPS and guess what? Comp-U-Plus again! Best price and reasonable shipping. Parts in stock! I'm starting to like these guys way more than Newegg."

"Shipping was slow. "Rush shipping" doesn't really did anything for me. Fortunately, customer service is quality and they are willing to do almost anything to make the customer happy. Of course, it would be nice for them to get the order right and out on time in the first place and not need customer service, but it's nice to see that they really do care."

"Emailed about damaged DVD and mis-shipped game, was sent a canned response that told me to return the damaged DVD to the store (if that was convenient I would've bought it there in the first place) and nothing for the game that was shipped to the wrong address. I guess I'll just say "I've learned my lesson. No more Best Buy.""

"SCAM! They don't reply to emails and they don't answer their phone. The toll free # goes to a Carribean call center where they promise to email the status of your order! I ordered a simple immersion thermometer probe TWO WEEKS AGO and paid extra for 2 day air. Here I am, credit card already charged, and NO PRODUCT. Status on Google Checkout shows no update since order placed and CC charged. This has to be THE WORSE support EVER. If the product isn't in stock AT LEAST reply to an email and state that. AT LEAST have your Carribean phone support give the customer a stock status. AT LEAST give the customer the option to cancel their order or don't charge their credit card until a stock status can be provided."

"Ordered two 4GB Transcend flash drives from Intellesale because they were the only vendor on Froogle that showed them in stock. They also happened to be in the same state as me (Florida.) I placed the order and paid with Paypal. After receiving the "thank you for your payment" email, I never received another email. After a week, I emailed asking how the product shipped and if there was tracking for the package. After a few days without a response, I sent another email asking the same thing. Still, no package and no response to my email. After a little over two weeks, I emailed a third time. I stated in the email that I work in the industry and that if the item had to drop ship from the manufacturer in California that it was Ok, I don't bite and that all I want to know is that the package is in fact in transit and how. That night the box arrived via FedEx Ground and it was in fact drop shipped from California. To date, I have STILL not received ANY response to ANY of my emails to Intellesale (aka Prine Systems, aka PC Liquidations)"
