I received and send back (not fully repaired) and we start with RMA00005490 (see next story).
Not really happy about their technical service.

They're unable to repair as previously quoted (motherboard replacement instead of repairs) so I sold them. Still waiting for money (around 1200$, they're still trying to convince me they have some financial difficulties or unable to send cash or trying to find any option which give them other delay).
I gave many phone calls and only one conversation. They don't reply to my latest emails.
I've no trust to them anymore.
I have full records in pdf file and emails too."
