"My experience with MyIncipio was awful. I placed an order and while USPS marked it as delivered, it never showed up. So, I contacted them via chat support to ask what I should do. I was told that this happens sometimes, that USPS marks something delivered when it hasn't been and to call the Post Office. If they didn't have it, they'd send another out, right away. So, I called the Post Office and was told the item was delivered, but I didn't have it.
So I contacted Incipio via chat again and this time talked to "Kevin" who didn't seem to care too much. He told me to continue waiting a few days and then they would see what they would do. I told him I just wanted a refund and I was told to use their RMA form online. But then he convinced me that he would get in touch with me within a few minutes via email. He never did. It's 5 days later now, I filled out the RMA form later that night and never heard back either.
Avoid doing business with Incipio directly."
"Really terrible online experience. Took forever to ship and receive the item, it was packaged horribly and was of course, broken. When I asked for a refund (as, given their packaging, I was certain that I wouldn't get a working unit), I was denied.
Don't bother. Their prices aren't good enough to justify the hassle."
