Harassing Sales Calls Early Sunday Morning
"My company have had been using Vistaprint's services for over a year and they do great work at very reasonable prices. Until one Sunday morning we kept getting phone calls to our personal cell phone number. We were asleep and kept rejecting the calls. We finally answered to a sales person from Vistaprint. We asked them where they got our personal number and they stated that they sifted through past orders until they found a number that would pick up. This is slimy and unethical and very unprofessional to harass customers on a weekend, a Sunday and early morning when people are still asleep. We asked to escalate this issue to a supervisor three times and each time the "help" rep stated that a supervisor would call or email. They never did. We will never us Vistaprint again. It is too bad. They had a good thing going until they got desperate to make money."

"I ordered flowers from FTD a week in advance for my girl friend's birthday. They were to be delivered to her work because women love getting flowers where their co-workers can enjoy them too. The arrangement was suppose to be flowers arranged to look like a birthday cake on a reusable white cake platter/platform. The flowers were delivered a day late and it didn't come on a cake plate but a piece of plastic wrapped in crinkled cooking tinfoil. It looked like a child had done it. I complained to FTD and to Petals Plus, but they ignored my complaints. Both sites have quality and delivery guarantees, but they do not honour them. Very disappointed with both FTD and Petals Plus Victoria BC!!"
