"I had a rought time with a product I bought from Rosewill through Newegg, and didn't get anywhere with their tech support. I was frustrated after all the time I had put into getting this product to work on any of my computers. I requested a RMA, from Newegg, and was informed there would be a restocking fee. That really frustrated me even further, so I called Newegg. Luckily I got a sweet and polite rep to talk to. Yolanda told me she would waive the $2 restocking fee. I know, $2, but it could've been more."
