"I remember hearing about Tiger Direct in the early 2000's about having shipping problems and rebates which they would not pay, etc, etc. So I see something really nicely priced and I cannot pass up. Though the item I ordered was back ordered because of thwe low price they kept me informed via email and when it was finally sent they sent me another email. It arrived quickly and in good condition. Since that time I have ordered another item from them, but this one had a rebate. I will update my review after I get or don't get my rebate on the second item ordered from TG"

"Second time ordering from this vendor and it will not be the last time. Bought a DVDRW burner with a rebate involved from ZZF and got the burner within one day after my credit card was approved. It was packed nicely and secure. Now all I'm waiting for is the rebate to come."

"Saw a heatsink I needed that I read about on a computer forum and eWiz had it at the right price. The free shipping didn't hurt either. Anyway, I ordered late in the afternoon but my item came the next day! talk about fast delivery time.
I now check their prices, in addition to newegg's, whenever I need PC components"

"I had been looking for a Columbia Jacket that I had seen amazon.com but it was too expensive on thier site. So, I looked around sites that sell outdoor gear and came upon Campor. Well, they had the same jacket but it was on clearance and the shipping was reasonable, too.
Once the item shipped they emailed me with the tracking number and within seven days (New Jersey to California) it was on my doorstep.
Whenever I need outdoor gear or clothing I will always check campor now. They have excellent service."

"Never heard of this company before reading about them on Anandtech forums. They were the only retailer with the AMD Opteron 146 socket 939 CPU for a decent price, i.e. not price gouging.
Tankguys me know what stepping of CPU I was going to get, and offered to cancel the order if it wasn't what I wanted. Always kept me well informed of my order from the day I ordered til it was shipped.
Will be making more purchases from them in the future. Thanks Tankguys!"

"First time ordering from Monarch Computers and I'm very pleased with their service and FedEx. I ordered a PSU from them that was advertised with free shipping and rebate, which made for a very good deal. My preder was placed on May 2nd and got to my door on May 5th, that's from Georgia to California in 3 days.
They kept me informed by email when the package was shipped and provided tracking number, too.
Will buy from them again in the future, and tell my friends about them."

"First time buying from jab-tech but I wasn't worried at all since their ratings were so high on this site. I put in an online order on March 7, 2005 for a HSF (great price) and another fan. I then realized that since they had a good price on thermal paste I should just order it from them, too! Well, I had forgotten to add the paste on my original order so I emailed them to include the additional item I wanted to my previous order.
They got the email and then sent another confirmation email to me with a revised invoice. Just good all around communication from this company. This is the way a business should be run.
So, as you can see I'm extremely happy with my order and they way the handled it. Will buy from them again when the need arises."

"Had never heard of this company before but saw a deal they had on another shopping site. I needed an aluminum external enclosure for cheap and they just happned to have one for $30.95 after their online coupon. Shipping wasn't bad at $4.95 to my location so I ordered.
Made the purchase at 1 AM Monday and it got to my house Tuesday at 5 PM, but I live like 120 miles from them so your delivery time may differ.
I will make sure to bookmark their page for more purchases in the future.
There's one thing I do not like about dealing with this company. They constantly email you asking to rate them on another reseller ratings site."

"First time dealing with SVC and it will not be the last. Bought 2 HSF, 5 fans, round cables, and case thumb screws and it was delivered in two days time, but I live in the same state as SVC so that may have made a difference. I received tracking number but since the USPS does not update in real time there was no way to really tell where my package was at along the route and SVC sent emails when the shipment left their warehouse.
These one thing that they do not do very well is respond to emails. I have sent a few emails to them about a product's availability because they were OOS and never got a response back."

"Made an order on Friday August 16, 2003 for a set of PC speakers and used a free shipping coupon that they had on their site. Was afraid they their system might not accept the coupon but it went without a hitch. I received an order confirmation later that evening and on Monday got another email stating that my product had been shipped. Though I chose their free shipping option (7-14 days )when I went to check my order status it lead to a FedEx site and said it would be here Wednesday. I got my product and didn't even have to wait as long as I thought I would. I'm very satisfied with this order I made at buy.com"

"Bought the Thermalright SK-7 and Thermaltake Smart Case Fan II combination for $27.90 when the had it on sale which included a free tube of Artic Alumina. I ordered some Ceramique by Artic Silver too and shipped by USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail and got here on Monday. Placed order on Thursday July 3rd so that was fast considering Friday was July 4th.
Very happy with the prices when they have sales and the shipping is reasonable and fairly quick with USPS. I would buy from them again and will recommend to my friends if they are in need of PC cooling parts. Big plus is they don't charge tax for CA. residents."

"Ordered a 1800FP 18" LCD on Jan 23, 2003 and received one week later. Great looking and very BIG screen size compared to my Dell Trinitron 17" CRT. I was able to get it a a very good price -- $ 451.75 in Dell Home. First day of using it saw there were two dead sub-pixels, second day another one showed up. Called Dell and asked if I could make exchange for another one. Dell said they would cross ship another new LCD to me, and a few days later it got here. No dead pixels!! They didn't charge for shipping the old LCD back to them or the new one to me. The price did drop by $50 dollars within 30 days and I tried to get them to credit me $50 but no go, but I'm satisfied that they didn't charge for the exchange and I'm a very happy owner of an 18" LCD."
