Horrible return policy
"Bought a rack from them and it did not fit. Could not return it because they will only take back items that are basically unopened and totally untouched. They say it must be in the same "in shipped" state as I received. Which means you cant try it out to ensure it fits properly. Unacceptable. Will never purchase from them again."
