"Really good service. Pleasant fellow Norman. He took my order over the phone because I didn't find the item yet on the site. He found it, returned my call and gave me a great price. The boxes weren't sealed, but everything was in it's place and looks brand new. Works great. The items were here within a few days too! Great experience. In fact, I am placing another order today! Thanks Norman."

The service I was provided was so far superior to most of my shopping experiences in person or online as to place Newegg in a class all its own. Choosing such high quality individuals as Mr. Beard to serve your customers sets a standard most other competitors can only dream to aspire to. Mr. Beard made my experience with Newegg so pleasant, that my loyalties will lie with Newegg above the competitors. In my opinion, saving a buck here and there can be done easily enough, but to find such competitent and sagacious service is an important quality for consumers like me, to say the least.
