Picture online looks different from what I received
"The website is user friendly and easy to navigate through. The delivery process was fast, but the only problem I had was that the picture online of the deer antler cremation (ashes urn) cylinder does not look like the one I received. The picture online shows the antler without a glossy/ polished finish, but the one I received is glossy/polished. I like the more natural look that is online. But with that being said I am still happy with it."
