Awesome customer service with a slight hiccup
"I first contacted Fansedge regarding an order of 2 blocks of 50 hockey cards, one block came intact whilst the other block came in a damaged case. Melina Nicolaides answered my chat and responded in professional and polite manners in all regards. Since my case seemed to be an exception (replacing the plastic case the block of cards came in) I was happy to provide the necessary photos to support my plea and help Melina ask for a replacement on my behalf. Days later, I got the replacement case that was unfortunately too small. I contacted Melina again first announcing my appreciation for her help and secondly my slight displeasure for receiving a case that was too small. Every reply from Melina has been filled with answers and solutions to my problems, the most recent being a slight refund back to my card (not the 10% I was told I would get). I received a damaged product (not at the fault of the manufacturer) and Melina was stars above any representative I've ever spoken to about a product I was unhappy with. If anyone ever has any issues with a shipped product, I hope you get to speak with Melina!"
