"I placed an order late Monday night, and received the tracking number on Tuesday. On Tuesday I noticed that the price of the RAM I had bought went down, so on Wednesday I contacted their online support and got the price difference refunded. Wow, talk about service! Online stores usually don't give refunds for price drops after you buy the item, so I was overjoyed when Newegg said that they would refund me the difference. Thanks Newegg!
