Poor CS
"Definitely a really poor experience. Immediately offered to "rush ship" for $200 which was declined. Then CS reached out and asked when we wanted it. Upon giving a date they said they would rush the order. Of course, rushing meant nothing more than shipping nearly a month later. There are dozens of other companies...avoid this one."
