Cumbersome checkout
"I like the products and services, but the checkout process was a bit cumbersome. I understand the need for site security, but I had to reenter my CC number 4 times because of minor information fields not being filled in."

Found what I wanted!
"After my local big-box pet supplies store told me the product I wanted was discontinued by the manufacturer, I did some research and found the same product here, and for a better price. After adding economy shipping, it is only about a dollar more than I would have paid locally, and I now know the product is still available!"
