"I had ordered a dress online and they sent me the wrong dress. I emailed customer service telling them about the wrong dress they sent me and I wanted them to send me the dress I ordered. The person I was dealing with in customer service was terrible as they refused to send me the dress I ordered and just wanted me to keep the dress I received and give me my money back. I kept saying I want the dress I ordered but they refused to send me my dress."
