"I'm very happy with my OpticsPlanet experience. I ordered something that had a very good price compared to other places. I was a little skeptical at first but ResellerRatings reviews were positive and the rating was good. After placing my order, I received an email saying the item was backordered. One thing to note is that they don't have an "In Stock" vs "Backordered" icons on the website and that's because they will sometimes (at least for the item that i wanted) act as the middleman/order clearing place and the item ships to them from the vendor before they turn around and re-ship it to you. While I don't necessarily like this practice if this helps keep the costs low then I'm willing to excersize some patience. I was able to get in touch with their customer service agents without long wait times to get updates on my order and they did provide me with an estimate on when they would have the item in their warehouse. Sure enough, everything worked like they explained.
OpticsPlanet also has a 30 Day Best Price guarantee. Ironically, they had lowered the price some more after I had received my order but after submitting a price match request within a few days I got a reply saying they will issue me a refund for the difference.

"Ordered an Asus Asus A7V-VE on the 27th of June from Sam's and had it at my door on the 1st of July. Definitely fast compared to some other places I've bought from. The board is great as the reviews had suggested. Installation was a breeze, popped the board in my case, added in my processor and the rest of the hardware and booted up. Got the drivers off the Asus website after installing Windows and it's a great little computer to run RC5 and browse the web on."
