"I bought a product ASUS USB-BT21 USB 2.0 Mini Bluetooth Dongle Retail which was eligible for $8 mail in rebate. I filled and mailed out the form within timely manner.When the 8-10 week period passed. I called the rebate company for the rebate status. They repeatedly claimed the rebate was already received and processed but still waiting for approval from zipzoomfly. So I called and left a message also emailed to zipzoomfly. They did not contact me back. It's been over 21 weeks. I still have not received the rebate.
I suggest anyone who is having a similar problem of getting their rebate to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, your state attorney general or the local Better Business Bureau.

-I've already filed a complaint with BBB on 09/16/00. it's been a slow process because most of the time zipzoomfly took quite long to response."
