"Great place to get a barebone at an affordable price especially since very few places offer barebones. Customer service was splendid when answering my questions over email despite it being a bit slow sometimes. However, the buying experience was smooth and they even price matched against another place for me. My clevo p151 came in on time and in pristine condition ready for me to tinker with. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future when I want to make a new build."

"My shopping experience at CyberPowerPC was a very easy and convenient one. The website interface and the process of buying my computer was perfect. The product even came right on time. However I would have to say I was fairly disappointed when I received the computer. When i first received it I was thrilled to start it up but when i went to plug in my hp 17" monitor with the adapter supplied with my computer no signal could be detected. I was a bit frustrated so I decided maybe it was because my monitor size was to small making it unable to handle the graphics resolution. So I decided to use a 22" ProView Monitor, but still no signal. Next, I took a 20" Acer monitor and tried once again, and sadly no solution. After 8 days of hunting around and finding monitors I decided to call tech support. It took 15 minutes for someone to pick up, but luckily I had a very nice and helpful representative. Him and I went through an hour and 15 minute long process of trying many different things to see what the problem was, but sadly nothing worked. He then told me he'd send me and RMA by next Monday so I could send it in for repair, and I would get it back in 2 weeks (wow what a drag...) So, I would say CyberPowerPC you guys have a great establishment here, but I guess I was just one of those unlucky customers who got a product that was just faulty or as I would say DOA (Dead on Arrival.) Update 7/09/09: Alright if anyone is wondering I did in fact fix the computer myself and got the computer to start up windows. It was just a simple problem because CyberPower had loosely put in my graphic's card, so no need to call the repair number. However the real reason I am posting an update is that yet again I am truly disappointed in CyberPower. For the past 4 days I've been trying to fix the same problem I had since the first day I bought this which was 1 year and 2 months ago. The computer just wouldn't start up and display anything! I was angered so I opened it up adjust my graphic's card firmly and I was relieved to see it start up. Sadly, that was short lived as my when I tried to play a game it froze and said display adapter has stopped responding. So,I tried everything reinstalling drivers, swapping out monitors and cords. I even called tech support at EVGA the people who made my graphics card. Nothing could be fixed. So I asked they guy to help me send an RMA and he tells me the PRODUCT WAS NOT EVEN ISSUED TO ME! It had been issued to some guy in an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT STATE who returned it! I was dumbstruck so I called CyberPowerPC and asked if I could get an RMA on my graphic's card. He said sadly my warranty had expired 2 months ago since it was only a 1 year warranty for parts! There is so many more problems I can tell you that I had encountered with this graphic's card during that year, but I will leave that out since I was able to fix them myself, but now it is finally screwed. Conclusion: DON'T BUY FROM CyberPowerPC they will send you faulty hardware that will work until the warranty is up. Some one tell me whats the point of buying a gaming computer that can't play games..."
