Bait and switch thieves
"Ordered quality suspension parts. Received china garbage for the left side. Different size design color thickness period different cheap mismatch garbage. The bot decided those are good parts just in a different package. Livid pulling hair out rage. There are no people. No customer service. It's you and a bot. I found their cooperate number and got hung up on 3 times. Support local parts stores put online rip-off places like this out of business. I only want what I payed for."

Bait and switch inaccurate never again
"They altered paperwork to hide purposely sending me not genuine OEM Motorcraft parts. Have screen shots of everything. Also did not send the spindle nut that was supposed to be included. My truck was down for an extra 2 weeks because of their policy's and bad business practices. There are no discounts here only bait and switch for China garbage. Support local parts stores put online merchants out of business. I only want what I payed for."
