Deep Freezer

"The deep freezer was an amazing price, loved it. But, if us humans have to take it off an 18-wheeler ourselves, theres no reason to charge us $200 for that. Theres also no reason for you guys to charge $300 something to take it off the truck for us. I would pay you guys to take it off the truck at a reasonable price, not over $300. On top of paying for the item itself, shipping & tax was already over $300, if we humans wanted you guys to take it off the truck the total cost was going to be over $700. That just seems like an insane amount in my opinion. Makes me want to cancel my subscription for the webstaurant plus. Other than that, i have loved ordering from this website for my business because the price of the items were reasonable."

Hello, thanks for reaching out. If you have a loading dock or fork lift, or are able to bring the pallet off of the truck yourself, you can select regular common carrier shipping. If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift, we recommend adding the $55 liftgate option so the driver will lower the product down to the ground for you. You would then be responsible for bringing your products into your facility. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, distance the order is traveling, and any applicable handling costs.
