Excellent service
"Everything, from starting the order to receiving my shipment (which got here a day earlier than expected!), was great. After dealing with some other questionable parts dealers for the exact same spare tire cover--and being told they couldn't tell me exactly when it might arrive (a problem because my car was already in the shop being painted) and learning that they wanted to charge $233 for shipping--I came across Harr Toyota. When I spoke with Bob, he was extremely helpful, told me that the cover was available in a number of his warehouses, and said that it would arrive in about a week. Not only was the shipping charge only $37.25 (from the East coast), but Toyota actually covered shipping for anything over $75--so it was free! It's so nice to deal with someone who is reputable and who understands good customer service."
