Retailer doesn't know updated available MSRP on product
"I had a positive experience in the past getting a TV on Greetoe. My most recent bid on a monitor hasn't been as good since the retailer(s) don't seem to know what their product is currently being sold for on other major websites (real MSRP). I thought it was nice that customer support reached out directly to see why I wasnt accepting the poor counter offer. They took action to get the retailer counter closer to MSRP but unfortunately it wasn't low enough to accept it over an Amazon price I went to with."
