Haven't Received My Part
"I ordered a new mower belt on the 18th. It's now the 30th, and the the shipping information just says it's delayed. When I reached out to support to find out what's going on, they just said "our tracking says shipping is delayed". Great job telling me exactly what I am looking at. If I don't get a better response or the new belt magically show up, I'm just going to have to cancel the order. My only solace is that it's been raining for a week, so I couldn't use the belt right now even if they actually deliver it."

I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with receiving this belt. I researched the order and shipment, I do not understand why the item was delayed or what the USPS was doing with this package (because our side shows an estimated 2-3 business day delivery time to your address), but unfortunately, once the package is in transit, we do not have control over the logistics and can only relay what the tracking information is showing. This was shipped on 9/18 and should have been delivered 2-3 days later, but the tracking information shows that the order was delivered yesterday (9/30) - please let us know if you have any further questions about the item. I apologize that we did not have a more direct and better answer to correct the poor delivery service. We will be watching for future issues with USPS and discontinue them as a carrier if this happens more frequently.
