I find your lack of communication disturbing
"Reached out before buying to verfiy fitment for my VIN and didn't get a response. I put in my order anyway and got an email confirmation. After waiting 4 days for an update I reached out by phone on the weekend, the CS rep did his best to help me but was unfamiliar with the computer system so he left a note for the worker who runs the online store to get back to me.
On Monday, they did get back to me through email and were responsive throughout the day to my questions."
