"I followed the link to my required course materials and I was brought to a page displaying my cart to check out. There were two of the same books automatically populated in my cart. Mind you I just followed the link in my course, created an account and this was the first thing I saw. I did not add anything to the cart myself. One book was $39.00 the other was $94.99.
I tried to figure out the difference between the two by clicking on each. Strangely clicking on the one that was $94.99 brought me to a listing of the book that showed the $39.00 price tag.
With no difference in the title, author, thumbnail image or anything I asked my professor what the difference was. He got back to me that the price should be $39.00. I removed the $94.99 one from my cart and continued to checkout.
Hopefully you can see how confusing this experience was for me, and who this created a bad first impression."
