"Great reseller - pretty decent selection of cases and the *only* company that sold the Chieftec Xpider case I wanted.
Had some problems with my initial order. Turns out that they don't accept Debit cards - which puts them in the minority of online resellers/retailers. I replaced the order using a standard credit card and it was then processed very quickly. Took 3 business days to arrive at my home.
Product was exactly as described.
One other minor disappointment in the transaction: I originally wanted to purchase the case without a PSU (I already had one) and without the colored fans (wrong color for my intended scheme). I asked if this configuration was available, but was told that they arrive from their supplier this way.
Communications via email were great. My questions were answered promptly and accurately.
I will purchase from this reseller again."

"If you're here wondering whether you want to purchase from this reseller - I can answer that question for you easily - YES!
I purchased an Antec TrueBlue 480 with all metallic silver sleeving and it is simply gorgeous.
The quality of work is superb. It's also done very quickly... It took only 6 days to arrive at my home from date of order. Remember that this was custom work - not an item that was pulled off the shelf and shipped out. 6 days? Wow!
Communication via email was outstanding. Hank held my hand and discussed various options with me. He understands modders are looking for something that sets their box apart from everyone else's and is genuinely enthusiastic about assisting his customers in that quest. He even suggested I send pictures of my box once completed if I wanted to. How's that for taking an interest in the customer?

"I purchased a Gigabyte ATI Radeon 9700 Pro card online. I don't think I received a confirmation email, but I may have overlooked it in the ton of spam I get each day. FTIComputer's website allows you to track your order and shipment - a feature I wish all online resellers offered. The video card arrived at my house today (7 days later). Works great, excellent product, and pretty easy transaction. I'd purchase from this reseller again."
