Horrible Return/Exchange Process/Policy
"I purchased a clothing item from the online store but it didn't fit. I just wanted to exchange it for the proper size, except Spirit doesn't do exchanges that way. I was given the option to return in store, but here's the thing: you have 14 days and my local store wouldn't be accepting returns until October 21, 2018. i had no choice but to send the package back, which wouldn't have been a problem except that shipping is non-refundable (understandable) and I had to pay almost $27 to return it in the same box! Outrageous! Why? Because Spirit purposely does not include return address labels. When my refund is finalized (an extra $27 cost), I will purchase the same item from a different retailer. Beware: save yourself $34 on shipping and shop elsewhere. This experience insures that I never shop at Spirit again. They've lost a loyal customer because their policy is difficult and costly. I originally paid $79, including the shipping. Now this purchase cost me $106. No, Spirit, you don't get to do that."
