Product size wrong, horrible customer service
"Ordered a petite small dress, mu usual size in other stores. The dress was almost to my ankles. To return it they deducted 9.99 for shipping it back. Plus I am still waiting for my small refund as they say its not received when I sent the a copy of the tracking showing it was received on Jan 4th. They are dragging it out as long as they can and their replies to my emails are contradictory to their other replies. A real mess. First and last time I buy from them."

"I ordered 3 items and became a member. I received each item separately. Was not informed on shipping for one item but it came. Hoping this membership is truly a money saver."
