Paid extra for shipping only to have late delivery
"My money was essentially stolen. There's no way to select rush shipping apparently because reportedly most banners approved will be "shipped out same day". I did order next day air shipping, so that it would arrive by a specific date. In fact, it was estimated to arrive before the date I needed.
My order sat in "printing/production" for 2 days. It's still in "production", right now, with no sign of shipping. Since it's the weekend it will likely stay in production until Monday.
Guess what my estimated delivery says on my profile: "(yesterday's date)". That's when I needed it. I had called customer support yesterday. You can't get into direct contact with a production team -- it sounds like a third party company that may not even be in the US. Obviously a frustrating experience."
