"I have never had such a snotty response to a simple e-mail advising that there packing was not sufficient to protect bulbs that were shipped (no bubble pack, not marked fragile, etc.) with a couple of them broken. This was his response: "Did you want replacements, a refund, OR TO TELL US HOW TO DO WHAT WE'VE BEEN DOING FOR 25 YEARS?" When I responded to just forget it because I didn't want to do business with them, he then sent another e-mail that just said "Texas", i.e. I guess that was supposed to be an insult because I live in Texas (instead of the wonderful metropolis of Lenexa, Kansas!)I don't want any action from these people because as I said, I don't want to deal with such a jerk for a couple of light bulbs. I just want others to know how rude their customer service rep. is before they do business with them."
