My Package Has Been In The Local Area Seven Days-In Transit Since 2021
"I am not making this up! I needed a pair of walking shoes for a special occasion on January 8th and 9th, so I ordered early at the end of December 2021. The package didn't arrive as scheduled so I traveled without the much needed shoes. The package has been in the Louisville are since the 8th of January, today is the 14th. As of today, the package has been returned five times to the local hub that is located ten minutes from my house. Every excuse available has been given as the reason for non-delivery. The excuse I like best is no such house number. Maybe I won't have to pay taxes on my 32nd year of ownership?? I didn't choose FedEx, my shipper did, but I am the one who paid for delivery of suede shoes that will likely see a season change before their arrival. Yes, I'm mad! I plan to spend as much time leaving feedback as I have spent tracking my package and calling FedEx."

Seasons Change Before This Company Delivers
"Who needs suede shoes in spring or summer when I expect my package to arrive? I ordered in December of '21 for a weekend getaway that required a lot of walking. I went, returned home, and still don't have delivery of my items. I paid for shipping and would have never chosen FedEx if I had a choice. My package has been on the local truck for three days (tomorrow day 4) and returned daily to their hub located within ten minutes from my home. A 'kid' supervisor called to ask for direction to my address this morning, yet, the driver did not attempt to call when he couldn't locate me again today. They simply list reasons for non-delivery such as the customer provided the wrong address or no such house number. Sierra customer service was rude and did not want to hear anything I had to say. I learned a lot as a returning customer who used to buy through my business. I will not be back!"
