However, I believe that some of their sales staff posts to message boards like Sirius Backstage posing as happy customers -- I have concerns with that."

"Ordered 2 sticks of 256MB SDRAM, P3/700 and Cooling fan for the CPU as I was told when I phoned in my order that the CPU did not include one and that in order to get a 1-yr warranty I would have to purchase the fan. Would not ship to my office address as it was not on file with my bank. Next day, I get home to a UPS sticker on my door -- cant deliver as they need a signature - DUH! Contacted UPS and redirected delivery to my office. 2 days later my package arrives. Much to my surprise, I find that the CPU ALREADY HAS A FAN ON IT! Also discover that instead of the ECC registered 256MB sticks of RAM I was shipped 512MB sticks which my machine can't use. Called in and talked to Frank. He apologized, and offered to reimburse me for the fan and return shipping for the fan and RAM. Get home and find that the CPU is DEAD. E-mailed Frank, advised I was returning everything for a full refund. They did refund everything plus the return shipping charges as promised.
As they advertise on their site they are "CNET Certified", I gave feedback on CNET, only to find out that they are indeed NOT "Certified".
While they did as promised on the return, the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not do business with them again.
Recommendation: Avoid Them"
