difficult to get action
"As a customer I am greatly disappointed at the customer service of this institution. Ive spent thousands of dollars on an EScooter believing that they will stand behind their product. For months I have left many messages on their website asking , begging for a solution. The scooter is great but the battery is bad. They sent me 2 chargers for the 2 ports neither one of the chargers charge the battery. So I have this wonderful scooter that I can not ride. It is a paperweight.
No one in the States sells this battery. I have sent this company pictures and description with no answer.
If you value your money do not buy from this company or you may end up with a paperweigh!!
I still wish they will reply and make it right per their advertisements."
