"LightInTheBox is one of many online stores featuring products mainly from China. Often penny or dollar items, like a dollar store in North America or Europe - the difference is there is no markup at the store, so prices are excellent.
Quality is often what you expect for a low price item, sometimes you expect a little better quality, but you cannot actually see the item, unlike in a Dollar store, so you hope you get what you think you are getting.
What is great about LightInTheBox is that they will work with you to solve the issues and concerns about product quality. They stand behind their products and do not ignore when things do not go the way we, the buyers, expect. Refunds, credit and exchanges are all possible. That does not exist in with some sellers, and often the customer gets ignored after payment.
I am satisfied with my numerous orders and customer service, they receive my recommendation to friends. All with a word of caution, as with any online purchase - do your research, and if the price looks too good, there is a reason."
