"I'd like to redact my previous comments. While my friend and I did have some extraordinarily bad luck with our components and service wasn't quite exemplary, once I published my review, I was promptly (before I had even finished submitting the rest of the review!) called by a manager at Monarch. He's since made some extraordinary efforts to make sure that both my friend and I get working systems. My friend will actually be given a guided tour of Monarch while the techs swap out his equipment and make sure he has a running system before he leaves. Bottom line: if something does go wrong with your order, Monarch WILL make the effort to fix it if you let them know you're dissatisfied."

"Ordered the GF4 special on the weekend of March 30-31, 2002. Received a confirmation Monday, shipped Tuesday (via UPS Ground), got it Thursday. Good experience, thanks guys. Just checked, the card was actually in the hands of UPS, and on it's way before my bank even registered the transaction. Awesome."
