"I am about to complain about something I seen and have video documentation. It happened in the Minot ND, USA Petco. I watch a baby green iguan die. The worker said it was sleeping . So i asked if she could gently wake it for proof. She roller her eyes and tapped its head quite intensly into the glass. I knew it died when its mouth opened and its tounged was hanging she laughed and said heavy sleeper. Then I was a looking at a baby chinese water dragons enclosure where i seen it floating in a pool of water.. then I heard one lady worker tell another worker to move it around becaue people are looking. So the worker pushed me back and positioned the dead dragon beside the glass. I video-ed it because it was horrible ... Like seriously?? Take them out into the back room instead of displaying them.. It sickened the hell outta me! Please hire people who dont just need the minimum wage $$ .. hire people who love animals and want to work with them!"
"I bought a gecko from the Regina, SK, Canada Petsmart and on the way home it started to curl in a ball and shake super fast. I luckily bought heatpacks so i warmed them up and warmed the gecko up. It helped a bit. But I had to return the gecko 4 days later because it puked up everything it ate. I then decided to get fish months later from the same store. When they bagged the fish there was a tiny hole with water slowly dripping out. I asked if i could get a new bag. they said No. So I asked if they could double bag it. Again, they said no. Once they walked away I went to grab another bag. A worker came around the aisle and slapped my hand and said stop trying to steal. So i bought a small fish bowl, for on the way home just in case the bag broke. & 10 minutes into my 45 min drive home the bag bottom gave out in the bowl. If it wasn't for the bowl, I would have had 4 flopping fish all over my truck. The fish later died that night .. I called petsmart and complained about what happened and they said that I was lying and that never happened.. then they replied with if you want i could press charges against you for trying to steal ... I hung up.."
"Crap, I bought 3 products from here. Somehow one of them couldnt be shipped. The 2 they sent were the wrong ones. They only refunded one of those 2. They will not reply or answer to my emails or calls. Please do not use CarID.com Find another solution. I spent exactly $617.57 on this site. I received $540 back in refunds. They refuse to give my other $77.57 back. Not impressed. Please go away from this site"
