"Be wary, these guys play hardball. They advertise items as in stock when they are not. They accept your order and thank you for the order. And then the emails start explaining items will be delayed. One email, two email. three emails. Items are delayed for months. And then you give up & buy the stuff somewhere else and call them and email them and speak to their customer service representatives and they apologize and they tell you the order has not been put in the queue for processing yet... AND THEY SHIP THAT DAY. And they apologize again and swear they will have the package re-directed. But that is a lie, because that package is coming no matter what because they are keeping your money no matter what! And then I call to make sure it will be okay to refuse delivery.... And the manager says "she does not recommend that because if the item is damaged in transit, I will be responsible for the shipment"... And that is great and but my last seven shipments were damaged in shipping because they don't use packing and the items just flop around & the get destroyed. My last seven shipments. Like I said, they play hardball. They are going to get my money no matter what. So today I put in a complaint with BBB. And then I called State Line again and spoke to a supervisor. And after hearing their line of bull... again... I got mad and hung up. And now State Line is having the package 'held', not delivered, no returned, 'held'. I'm telling you these guys play hardball. So instead of getting my money back, they will have that package 'held' until my payment goes through and they will continue to play games. Because these guys play hardball and they will find a way to get you money, no matter what. Do not order from these people."
