"I don't know why this is showing as a five star, I gave it a 1.
The product is fantastic.
The customer service at the store was sub-standard.
The girl at the desk acted as if we were a burden on her day. She asked me to sign a form stating I had received the product before it was even presented to me and became "upset" because I wouldn't sign until I had the item. She proceeded to roll her eyes at us then find the keys and "stroll" to where the item was being kept.
There were people eating at the desk and personal items/purses were sitting in plain view.
Very disappointing for the first and only time I have ever stepped foot in the store, no wonder there were no other customers."
