Humidity voids radio warranty
"Bought a kenwood radio and after 3 months started having moisture behind the screen. My jeep is a pavement process top goes down doors off but has never been in the rain and does not leak. Was told by customer service that humidity can cause this issue but was then told that there was probably more than just humidity to blame and because of the moisture my warranty was void. End result if you buy a radio from Crutchfield remember humidity will void your warranty."

"I bought ball joints (dv8) from quadratec I am a 20 year ase master tech after installing and grease 3 week later my steering would stick and not return after checking everything over I determined one of the ball joints was sticking. Contacted quadratec and they said they would warranty them this was in March 2023 it is now June 2023 no ball joints but lots of emails saying they are on back order and will be shipped when available. I contacted quadratec to see when I would receive them and was asked for pics of damage but am not able to do so with the nature of the issue. Long story they tell me it's not the ball joints causing the issue and must be something else and they are not going to warranty them so after 3 months of emails saying they will be shipped when available now I have to buy new ones. Moral is but from someone that will honor the warranty read reviews even one customer saying they don't honor warranty is too many."
