"Non-existent customer support. These guys sent me a DOA product. There's no way to contact them by phone. The only way to contact them is via an online email form, and the emails keep bouncing. ONe of my emails got through because two days later I got a response asking for more info. Only the info they asked for was in my first email, so it's obvious no one read it. Stay away from this reseller. Their prices are good, but the cost is way too high if something goes wrong. Horrible."

"I had an excellent experience with this reseller. I got an outstanding price on an Apple Cinema Display--15% lower than anywhere else--and the display came on time. The website order status was not updated, but that's the only (slight) complaint. I called customer service several times to check on my order and each time the phone was answered by a person after 1 ring."

"I will never order from this merchant again. First off, my Sept 4 internet order was not acknowledged until 9/9. Their shipping charges are excessive. But the bottom line is: 2 of the 3 compact flash readers I ordered are DOA. There's no way to contact these people but email and their return policies are hideous. I will have to pay for return shipping and take a refurb. Stay away from these folks, believe me."
